We’re seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, and Rostering Expert to join our team and work directly with our clients.
We NEED NDIS EXPERIENCE OR AGED CARE EXPERIENCE, otherwise do not inquire with us!
This role will involve handling daily bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial reports, managing payroll, and creating rosters for multiple clients. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles, extensive experience with Xero, payroll expertise, and rostering experience, we want to hear from you!
Some of the tasks you will complete on a daily basis:
Receivable claim
NDIS claim (Number 1)
Check unpaid claims
Pending claims
Handling rejects and why it was rejected.
Reconcile the claims
Receive payments
Communicate and report back to the internal team for an internal discussion.
General Accounts receivable role (Xero), generate reports, accurate financial report keeping.
Detailed and accurate reports.
Adjustment, (How to do a journal for an overpayment)
Journal.
Quick learner, Navigate the CRM. (Visual care). Quick learner, knowledge of
Navigating the NDIS portal. (Preferable).
Excel skills (very good)

$5 USD per hour

What We’re Looking For
Xero Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience using Xero for bookkeeping and payroll management.
Payroll Proficiency: Strong knowledge and experience in processing payroll, tax calculations, and compliance.
Bookkeeping Skills: Ability to accurately manage accounts, reconcile transactions, and prepare financial reports.
Rostering Experience: Ability to create and manage employee schedules efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: Ensure precision in all aspects of accounting, payroll, and rostering.
Strong Communication: Capable of clearly communicating financial and scheduling information to clients.
Bonus Skills (Optional but Valued):
Experience with THE NDIS PORTAL OR AGED CARE
Additional payroll software experience.
