For Python Developer (VOC Analyst)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Python Developer/VOC (Voice of Customer) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis and customer feedback to drive insights that enhance customer experiences. Proficiency in Python development and experience with AI tools and data scraping are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
-Data Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback from various sources, including surveys, social media, and support tickets.
-Data Analysis: Utilize Python to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
-AI Tool Utilization: Employ AI tools to enhance data processing and gain deeper insights into customer sentiments and behaviors.
-Data Scraping: Develop and implement data scraping techniques to collect additional customer feedback and market insights from online sources.
-Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.
-Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer insights are integrated into business strategies.
-Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of changes made based on VOC insights, and propose further enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience as a Python Developer/VOC Analyst or in a related field, with a strong focus on data analysis and customer insights.
-Proficiency in Python for data analysis, with a solid understanding of data scraping techniques.
-Experience utilizing AI tools for data analysis and customer insights, such as natural language processing (NLP) tools.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
