FOR ADVERTISING SPECIALIST:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Manager to oversee, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads, audience targeting, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate marketing goals into effective campaigns that drive measurable results.

Expectations:
• PPC Account growth and ownership of the MAG PPC Clients
• Successfully improve client-identified KPIs over time with a focus on growth, efficiency, and communication across all assigned accounts.
• Full Advertising Account Actions and Management:
-Work on PPC requests, and advertising check-ins, and see them through to completion.
-Assist Brand Manager in the diagnosis of accounts and be the subject matter expert to target the goals of the clients.
-Follow MAG best practices and goals as defined by the Brand Manager and the Advertising Team Management.
-Account checks and optimizations to keep client accounts in line with agreed-upon goals
• Have a traffic and conversion-minded approach.
• Verify ad segmentation, reduce wasted ad spend, and reduce ACOS. Push new tickets for campaign and campaign optimization to appropriate team members.
• Ads Setup for new accounts. Ensure the segmentations, keyword research, and budgets are set correctly and properly.
• Help Account Managers where needed to keep growth on the account, and reach out to the Brand Manager and the Guild regularly if there is anything needed for the account.
• Experience with PPC or Digital Advertising is a huge advantage
