Must LOVE Home Design! Virtual Assistant with Customer Service Experience | Email and Chat Support

We're looking for someone who can :
Who can look and talk about interior design all day :)
Assist in managing orders
Answer emails and chats inquiries (This is a new type of shopping service so everyone is very excited to try it out but they have questions on the details of how it works)
Invoice and order fulfillment
Track orders - logistics -- mostly V.A tasks
Qualifications:
Must love Interior Design, and have basic to intermediate knowledge of home decor, interior design
Must be willing to work during Graveyard shift (US Time Zone )
Experience working in a BPO industry or similar ( at least 2-3 years minimum ) with exceptional customer service skills
Can work with minimal supervision, and is a Fast learner!
Must be a go-getter!
MUST have a good working computer, headset, and Internet connection. Fast and reliable ISP. Minimum 20mbps ( if possible ) Backup internet connection required.
Familiarity with HelpDesk, LiveChat, GoogleSuite, Square Space, Kartra, Mailchimp, or similar.
