Music Engineer/Producer (Hip-Hop/R&B)

We are seeking a skilled Music Engineer/Producer to collaborate on a cutting-edge American Hip-Hop/R&B project. This role involves working one-on-one with the artist to assist in mixing tracks, teaching production techniques, and bringing the vision to life. Expect engaging video calls and interactive sessions to refine the sound and approach.

Qualifications:

Strong expertise in modern Hip-Hop and R&B production, with experience in styles like:
Sexy Drill
Plugnb
New Jazz
BNYX-inspired sound
Jersey Club
Familiarity with the sounds of artists like Yeat, Destroy Lonely, Lil Tecca, Lunchbox, and Unotheactivist.
Proficiency in DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, FL Studio, or Ableton.
Ability to mix, master, and refine tracks for streaming platforms.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do:

Work one-on-one with an American artist to develop their unique sound.
Assist with mixing songs to professional standards and provide technical guidance.
Share production techniques to help elevate the artist’s skills.
Participate in video calls to align on creative direction and execution.
