In this role, you will:
Create visually appealing designs for professional sports business presentations, social media posts, websites, and infographics that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Edit and produce short promotional video clips that enhance brand messaging and engage our target audience.
Develop visual themes and content ideas that resonate with our brand identity and support commercial outreach campaigns.
Efficiently manage creative projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained and surpassed at every opportunity.
Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in design elements and messaging.
Execute designs with precision, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve creative outputs.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and provide creative input.
Render images and videos in various formats and resolutions to optimize for different platforms and devices.
Understand and respond independently to client briefs
Take full ownership of design functions once up to speed, with a proactive approach to interpreting briefs and executing designs confidently without frequent guidance.
Draw inspiration from a range of sources to create original, compelling designs.
Contribute fresh ideas for design inspiration and confidently execute these without needing frequent oversight.
Leverage advanced graphic design skills, especially in sports imagery, hero visuals, and dynamic online presentations that integrate videos and animation.
Utilize video editing skills to select highlights and edit clips for inclusion in online presentations using platforms like Canva.
About You:
Core qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably with international market experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), online design software (Canva), and video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Strong grasp of layout principles, typography, and user interface design.
Showcase of previous designs, especially in sports (key visuals, graphics, presentations, social media posts, infographics), and short promotional videos demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
Ability to work independently, interpret briefs, and proactively develop ideas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with tea
Ability to adapt quickly to new platforms and explore innovative tools to enhance design capabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
An active interest and passion for sports, as well as sport design and current trends in general, is preferred.
