JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer to support our Recruitment Marketing Initiatives. This is a part-time, remote position (4 hours per day), perfect for someone with a corporate background in design and social media management. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality graphics, videos, logos, and branding materials while also helping grow our global community of remote job seekers through social media.

What You’ll Do

Design graphics, branding materials, and logos for recruitment campaigns.
Edit and produce engaging videos for job ads, social media, and marketing initiatives.
Manage and grow our social media presence, specifically targeting global remote job seekers.
Develop creative content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure our employer brand stands out.
Stay up-to-date with design and social media trends to keep our content fresh.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in multimedia design (graphics + video editing)—must share portfolio.
Corporate background preferred (understands professional branding & messaging).
Experience in social media management—building and engaging a community.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality creative assets.
Bonus: Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
