Key Responsibilities::
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on multifamily markets, including demographic trends, economic indicators, and competitive property analysis. Summarize findings in clear, actionable reports.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, including pro forma analyses, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses. Support the creation of detailed financial forecasts and valuation scenarios.
Financial Analysis: Assist in the financial analysis of potential investments by preparing and analyzing financial statements, performance metrics, and investment returns. Ensure accuracy and reliability in all financial data.
Due Diligence: Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing property data, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with site visits. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information
Qualifications::
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, or a related field. Internships or previous roles in real estate private equity, property management, or investment banking are highly desirable.
Skills::
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
