Multi layer stencil designer

I need someone who is proficient in adobe illustrator that can design multi layered stencils for me. This is gig work (priced per project) but it very regular. Currently working to 2 - 5 designs per week. This has been running with the current designer for 2 years.
Within each project the following files are required:
PNG of each stencil layer
Svg of all layers
DXF file of all layers
Colour match for specific spray paint brand. PDF of colour chart will be provided.
(On some projects) - images for finished product
Finished files to be uploaded to one drive or similar. Projects will be ran from a spreadsheet with all reference images and description of what is needed provided.
Happy to hold monies on account once we have been working together for a while.
