Motivated Framer Web Designer/Developer

I am looking for a motivated Framer Web Designer/Developer to join our existing creative team at our company Optimally.

What you will be doing:

You will be consistently building landing pages, funnels and comprehensive websites for established businesses.

Skills required:
•? ?You must have comprehensive experience in the Framer web design platform specifically.
•? ?You must have a strong understanding of UI/UX, conversion and development principles.
•? ?You must be hardworking and meet the requirements each day. We have very consistent workloads.
•? ?You must have excellent communication skills and proficiency in English speaking.

Pay Structure:
Pay is directly correlated with the amount of projects you take on. We pay $100 per framer project completed. There is a very high income ceiling for this field of work.

Performance Bonuses:
Alongside your base project pay, you will also receive performance bonuses for your hard work. This could be up to an additional $500 per month for exceptionally well received work. There is also a lot of room for growth and to position yourself as leadership within the creative team, for outstanding quality of work shown.

This is a long term position. We want to build a relationship with you and integrate you into the Optimally family/team.
