Motivated Appointment Setters

This is a direct US-based company in Los Angeles and not an agency.
We are looking for a hungry and motivated Appointment Setter to join our English Appointment Setters team ASAP.

Compensation:
Starting base pay is $4-8/hour on top of weekly and monthly bonuses

Schedule:
Between 10:30 am to 6:30 pm Pacific Time
3-4 days of Process Training will be provided

QUALIFICATIONS:
- We prefer someone who has a supervisor/escalations/retentions background in the BPO industry
- With proven track records of setting solid Appointments from the previous campaign
- We need someone who is experienced and knows how to handle objections and rejections confidently
- Fast learner and can easily adapt to change, can work under pressure and tough customers
- With high emotional intelligence and does not take all the customer's rejection personally
- Persistent and not giving up easily in the middle of objections and rejections
- Bonus and incentives driven and will do everything to hit daily and weekly target
