Motion Graphics Specialist - Real Estate

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative Motion Graphics Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling motion graphics and animations that enhance our marketing materials and effectively showcase our properties and brand.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative motion graphics and visual effects for real estate marketing materials, including videos, presentations, and virtual tours.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver engaging motion graphic content.
Create animated social media content, transitions, and other graphical elements to enhance video productions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate cutting-edge motion graphics techniques.
Work closely with video and photo editors to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into multimedia projects.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Specialist, with a strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related projects.
Proficient in motion graphics and animation software, such as After Effects or similar tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, composition, and storytelling through motion graphics.
Ability to conceptualize and create motion graphics that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Experience with 3D modeling and animation is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
Education: A degree in motion graphics, animation, multimedia arts, or a related field is preferred.
