What You’ll Be Doing
As a Motion Graphics Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing our brand’s voice to life through engaging and high-quality video content. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Editing and assembling raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with the brand’s visual standards and guidelines.
- Creating motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and ensure it resonates with the audience.
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop compelling video concepts that tell our brand’s story.
- Managing and organizing media assets and project files efficiently to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and creativity.
- Ensuring all videos meet the brand’s visual standards and maintain consistency across different platforms.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
- Experience in creating content for LinkedIn short-form (30-90 seconds), YouTube Short Form (16-50 seconds), and YouTube Long Form (3-5 minutes).

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with 3D animation software like Cinema 4D or Blender.
- Experience in sound design and audio mixing.
- Knowledge of color grading and correction techniques.
- Ability to work with a remote team and manage time effectively.

Reporting Structure
