Role Summary
Bring stories to life as an Animator / Motion Graphics Designer for top-tier DTC brands, creating engaging and dynamic visuals that enhance our digital marketing content.
Key Responsibilities:
> Designing and Animating: Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for various digital platforms, including
> Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and data analysts to integrate animations that complement and elevate the narrative, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns.
> Optimization: Enhance visual engagement and optimize motion graphics for various platforms, ensuring seamless performance across different devices.
> Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, ensuring that all animations and graphics align with the brand’s visual identity and campaign goals.
> Continual Learning: Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in animation and motion graphics to keep our content fresh and innovative.
> Team Engagement: Participate actively in our virtual office environment and weekly tea

x Generalists - Specialization in animation and motion graphics is crucial; general graphic design experience isn’t enough.

x Beginners - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools is required.
x Non-DTC Experienced - Understanding of DTC brand dynamics and visual storytelling needs is essential.

x Intuition-driven - We prioritize data and results over creative assumptions.
This role is perfect if you have:
> A passion for dynamic storytelling through motion graphics with a portfolio to back it up.
> Strong technical skills in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar.
> An eye for detail in animation, timing, and visual design.
> Proven experience in creating engaging content for digital platforms, particularly in a DTC environment.
