The Role
We're seeking a Motion Designer who can create visually engaging animations that align with our clients' brand messaging and project goals. This position is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of design, understands the fundamentals of animation, and can work within project timelines to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
• Design and produce animated explainer videos, social media content, and other motion-based assets.
• Collaborate with the creative director and other team members to develop creative concepts and visual stories.
• Ensure animations align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
• Work with provided assets (storyboards, scripts, voiceover) and add animation elements that enhance the overall narrative.
• Revise and improve animations based on client and team feedback.
• Stay up to date on trends and new tools in motion design.

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation/design software.
• Strong design and storytelling skills, with the ability to create animations that are both engaging and effective.
• Experience with character animation, kinetic typography, and explainer videos is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take creative feedback constructively.
