We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide administrative support for our mortgage brokerage for 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will manage CRM data, update lender portals, and handle general admin tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
1. CRM Management & Lead Handling:
• Update, organize, and manage My LO Portal CRM.
• Assign leads, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with lead follow-ups and appointment scheduling
2. Lender Portal Management:
• Log into various lender websites (e.g., UWM, Rocket TPO, Plaza, etc.).
• Upload required borrower documents into lender systems.
• Track loan applications and follow up on status updates.
3. General Administrative Support:
• Manage
• Organize and maintain borrower documents securely in OneDrive.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using MS Outlook.
• Assist with preparing client intake forms.
4. Communication & Coordination:
• Send reminders for pending borrower documents.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors (title companies, appraisers, etc.).
• Update the team via Slack.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a mortgage, finance, or real estate admin role.
Preferred (Not Required):
Previous experience working with U.S.-based mortgage companies.
Knowledge of mortgage compliance and industry regulations.
