Mortgage / Real Estate Lead Coordinator

Mortgage / Real Estate Experience is Required.

Are you an ambitious individual looking for opportunities to grow? We are currently seeking a dynamic Lead Coordinator to join our Edison team at NJ Lenders Corp. This position will involve reaching out to potential leads, familiarizing yourself with the mortgage industry, and assisting with lead generation and updating our CRM systems. Prior experience in mortgages is not required but preferable. Responsibilities:
• Input lead information into company CRMs.
• Make outbound calls to homebuyers to gather initial information.
• Update and tag CRM accordingly after every conversation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Basic understanding of mortgage processes and terminology.
• Review of initial documents and perform preliminary calculations.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in mortgage or real estate experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Spanish. Ability to write and speak in both Spanish and English.

Hours: 3 hours a day. (9 am – 12 pm Eastern Time).

Opportunities for a full-time position after a few months.
