JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist in loan processing, financial record-keeping, and mortgage servicing while ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending guidelines. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a structured and systematic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Loan Processing & Documentation:
Manage loan applications and supporting documentation.
Review loan files for completeness and accuracy before submission.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless loan processing.

Mortgage Servicing Tasks:
Maintain and update loan records in the mortgage servicing system.
Track and monitor loan status, payments, and outstanding balances.
Generate and analyze reports related to loan performance and servicing.
Assist in managing customer inquiries related to loans and mortgage accounts.

Financial & Accounting Support:
Perform financial data entry and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate financial records within the mortgage servicing software.
Assist in preparing financial reports and loan-related documentation.

Communication & Coordination:
Provide regular updates on loan processing and servicing activities.
Maintain transparent communication with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and management.
Address inquiries from clients, lenders, and investors professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in loan processing, mortgage servicing, or a related financial role.
Familiarity with mortgage software (experience with The Mortgage Office is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial tasks.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring reliability and trustworthiness.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Adaptability to changing work requirements and processes.
