The tasks include registering new Loan Officer contacts for webinars and scheduling meetings on Brad’s calendar for one-on-one discussions, indicating a need for persuasive communication skills.
CRM Management and Data Entry:
They will need to navigate the CRM to access and manage contact lists, update lead information, and log call outcomes accurately. Familiarity with CRM platforms and data entry will be essential.
Following Scripts and Managing Different Lists:
The VA will use provided scripts to interact with two distinct types of contacts: new leads who need to be introduced to the webinar and follow-ups who need meetings scheduled. This shows the VA should be detail-oriented and able to adapt to different types of contacts based on their prior engagement level.
Instructional Video Usage:
Since there are instructional videos and other training resources provided, the VA should be a quick learner and comfortable with following video instructions for workflow and processes.
