Mortgage Broking Assistant / Loan Processor (Remote - Work from Home)

We are seeking a Virtual Mortgage Broking Assistant / Loan Processor to join our team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role, ideal for an experienced Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines with a strong background in the Australian mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and organize required documents, including income verification, credit reports, and property details.
- Prepare and submit complete mortgage application packages to lenders using Broker Engine, Infynity, and Apply Online (AOL).
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system (Broker Engine).
- Ensure compliance with Australian mortgage regulations and lender requirements.
- Work closely with clients, lenders, and internal teams to track applications and resolve outstanding requirements.

Daily/Weekly Tasks:
- Process and package loan applications efficiently.
- Maintain accurate client and loan details in Broker Engine.
- Conduct compliance checks and verify documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in the Australian mortgage industry as a Virtual Assistant or Loan Processor.
- Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of loan processing, mortgage products, and Australian lending policies.
- Proficiency in Broker Engine, Infynity, and Apply Online (AOL).
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team.
