Model Scouting Specialist

We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals to help us find the next wave of exciting, talented models to collaborate with.

As a Model Scouting Specialist at Celori Collective, your primary responsibility will be identifying and recruiting new models to join our agency. You’ll use your creativity, networking skills, and social media expertise to discover individuals who have the potential to thrive.

You will be instrumental in building relationships with potential models and providing them with the information they need to understand the benefits of joining Celori Collective.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Research and identify potential models across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), along with in-person opportunities when/where applicable.
2) Reach out to prospective models and engage in initial communication to introduce Celori Collective and the opportunities we offer.
3) Track and report on outreach efforts and model recruitment progress.
4) Collaborate with the management team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
5) Ideally, all potential models will have entry-level English proficiency.

Wage/Salary Structure:

A minimum of $250/mo will be provided if employee is actively scouting

Each person successfully referred, and therefor onboarded with us as a client, will generate a 20% performance bonus. For example, if the person referred makes $5,000 in their first month with us, you will receive a $1,000 bonus.
