Mobile App Developer

I need a mobile app dev to build a prototype for a new type of social network which I want to start growing in the Philippines.

I expect the initial prototype development to take 1-3 man-months. If the prototype is successful, there is potential for further work.

Requirements:
- 5 years of mobile app experience, iOS+Android / flutter / other frameworks
- Experience leading mobile app projects
- Skilled in UI/UX design
- Can travel to Manila for the kick-off
- Self-managed and entrepreneurial character
- Experience working with international customers

Bonus for:
- Experience with python and web backends
