Responsibilities:
Manage Current Company's Mobile App:
- Oversee & own the functionality, design, and user experience of our mobile app.
- Ensure the app is up-to-date and running smoothly, addressing any issues promptly.
Handling Customer Mobile App Related Issues:
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to the mobile app.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure a positive user experience.
Collecting and Analyzing Customer Data:
- Gather and analyze data on customer behavior and preferences.
- Use insights to improve the app’s performance and customer satisfaction.
Using CRM Systems to Manage Relationships:
- Utilize CRM software to manage and enhance customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Developing New Ways to Meet Customers’ Needs:
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Continuously improve the app based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Overseeing the Interactions Between Customers and Key Tea
- Coordinate and oversee customer interactions with various tea
- Ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to customer service.
Creating and Executing Retention Campaigns:
- Develop and launch campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers.
-Monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Developing Marketing Campaigns to Attract New Customers:
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to grow the customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Collaborating with IT, Marketing, and Operations Teams to Improve the Customer Experience:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure that all departments are aligned with customer-centric strategies.
Create Graphics for Mobile App Campaigns:
- Design visually appealing graphics for app-based marketing campaigns.
- Ensure graphics are consistent with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in mobile app management, UI/UX design, and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative solutions and campaigns.
