Migrate Weebly sites to a new host

Weebly to Hostinger website transfers :
I need help with moving my sites from my current host Weebly, to my new host.

- The Weebly sites can be seen at http://www.andromedapixel.com/see.html (the 3 live links) + the AndromedaPixel site itself + www.ConradAssetsRD.com for a total of 5 sites.
- As can be seen, they are simple, no-database, static sites with a handful of pages (vs. 100s of php, database-backed sites). It will mostly be careful, accurate, copy-paste operation.
- The sites need to be moved (or recreated) manually at Hostinger.com, my new website host using their proprietary but simple and intuitive website builder (there are a couple other sites that I am currently working on at Hostinger using Drupal CMS. Based on your quality of work / delivery and other criteria, I may consider you for the Drupal-based CMS sites down the line, if you are interested).
- I would have done this move myself but I simply don’t have the time to juggle as I did when I originally conceptualized and built the sites myself years ago????
- The layout / look and feel of the recreated sites should be as close as possible to the original site(s) at Weebly. I should be able to provide most of the original graphics, media etc. The textual content can be copied from the sites listed above (so backend access to the sites at Weebly may not be necessary). You’ll be working with temporary, placeholder URLs at Hostinger. Once the new sites are ready to go live, I’ll switch the domain names to point to the sites at Hostinger
