Mid - Senior UI / UX Designer

We're looking to hire multiple UI/UX Designers at DemandFlow over the next few months to turn detailed outlines into incredible website designs. You need to be able to lead design projects from start to finish while collaborating with our team.

Requirements:
- Strong visual design skills
- Understanding of product design fundamentals
- Ability to collaborate and work with our team
- Figma proficiency
- Incredibly high attention to detail
- Ability to solve complex design problems autonomously


Amazing to have (not required):
- Brand design skills
- Adobe After Effects or Rive or Jitter animation skills

Our team work mostly aysnc and you are given a lot of creative freedom, your performance will solely be judged on your output and ease of working together.
