JOB OVERVIEW

Join Rooted In, a growing US-based eCommerce company specializing in skincare! We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to provide exceptional customer support and operational assistance remotely. As part of our family-like team, you’ll help with customer inquiries, manage affiliates, and support our customer outreach. This is a long-term role with training provided and a clear path to grow into a full time position. If you’ve worked in customer support for at least 1 year, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities Include:
Handling inbound customer messages—answering questions, processing requests, and providing order updates.
Tracking shipments, monitoring lost packages, and coordinating with shipping team.
Responding to online chat inquiries from customers and affiliates.
Reaching out to new social media followers and customers via chat and email.
Assisting with order processing and other operational tasks to keep our store running smoothly.

Must Have:
At least 1 year of customer support experience.
Strong English skills (fluent speaking and writing) for email, and chat support.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems with a smile.
Basic Excel skills for reporting and tracking.
Your own reliable laptop and stable internet connection for remote work.
A friendly, customer-first attitude and a team player spirit.

Nice to Have:
Experience with Shipstation—great if you’ve got it, but we’ll train you if not!
