Mid-Level Designer

Overview:

Phoenix is a full-service Web3 marketing agency specializing in building brands and creating impactful digital experiences in the blockchain space. We are looking for a Mid-Level Designer who can translate brand guidelines into high-volume social and digital content, delivering creative that engages diverse audiences across platforms like Instagram, X/Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance speed with attention to detail, and knows how to create repeatable design systems that drive consistency across content. Familiarity with Web3 and blockchain is a big plus.

Role:

As a Designer, you will collaborate with the Social Media Strategy team and other designers to create polished, on-brand digital and social content. You’ll work within established brand guidelines while bringing variety and creativity to campaigns. Your ability to iterate on feedback and produce templates and systems for scalable content will be key to success.

Responsibilities:

Design & Production:

- Create high-volume, on-brand social media content for platforms like Instagram, X/Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
- Develop repeatable templates and design systems to streamline content production.
- Apply brand guidelines while adding value and variety to social content.
- Support motion graphics and video editing needs, or set up design files for external production teams.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with the Social Media Strategy team to align designs with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with other designers to ensure cohesive and scalable visual identities.
- Respond to light performance feedback and make monthly adjustments to optimize designs.

Process Optimization:

- Maintain organized design files and ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Explore emerging tools and AI to enhance creative workflows and deliver fresh ideas.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of professional design experience, with a focus on social media and digital content.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva experience is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing (or familiarity with setting up files for production).
- Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, and the culture surrounding these spaces.
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Experience creating templates or systems for consistent, scalable content.
Additional Considerations:

- Familiarity with AI-driven design tools or emerging motion tools is a bonus.
- An eye for design trends and the ability to incorporate them into social-first content.
- Passion for Web3 and a curiosity about how design can shape the future of blockchain-based projects.
