Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to optimize and streamline our use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central Essentials, and help desk tools. This role focuses on automating workflows, enhancing system integrations, and leveraging coding expertise to improve efficiency across diverse platforms.

Responsibilities:
1. Optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central Essentials to align with business needs, unlocking full system potential for streamlined operations.
2. Develop Real-Time KPI Dashboards: Create dynamic dashboards within Power BI and other Microsoft tools to track critical metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
3. Automate Workflows: Utilize tools like Power Automate, Zapier, Make, and others to automate workflows across Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint), reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency.
4. Connect Disparate Systems for Comprehensive Tracking: Integrate external platforms (e.g., ActiveCampaign with Dynamics 365) to track and measure activities across all teams. Ensure key metrics are captured and visible in real-time dashboards, providing actionable insights into overall performance and decision-making.
5. Enhance Forecasting: Create real-time forecasting models using data from Dynamics 365, enabling accurate alignment with business goals and providing foresight into future trends.
6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and teams to understand business challenges and provide technical solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and competitive positioning.
7. Provide Training and Support: Empower internal teams through training and support on Microsoft tools and Dynamics 365 functionalities.

Experience and Skills Required:
1. Strong Communication Skills: Language proficiency of C1 or better.
2. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in customizing, configuring, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central Essentials, including automating workflows and integrating with external tools and platforms.
3. Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint, effectively utilizing these tools to enhance collaboration, productivity, and data management.
4. Automation and Data Integration Mastery: Extensive experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, and others, to automate workflows and synchronize data seamlessly across systems. Proven ability to integrate various systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Outlook) into cohesive workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and improved team productivity.
5. Advanced Reporting and Analytics Skills: Proficient in Power BI, creating real-time dashboards to track key metrics, support accurate forecasting, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
6. Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, and SQL, used to automate workflows, integrate external platforms, and enhance data-driven processes within business applications.
7. CRM and ERP Customization Expertise: Demonstrated ability to customize and optimize CRM and ERP systems to meet specific business requirements.
8. Problem-Solving and Solution Design: Strong problem-solving abilities, with expertise in translating business requirements into effective and efficient technical solutions that drive business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational activities into measurable key metrics, optimizing processes to improve outcomes and decision-making.
- Experience working in regulated financial services or similar industries.
- Experience working in environments requiring SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.

- Location: Remote Position
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
