Qualifications:
•Minimum 2 years of experience as a managed service provider.
•Fluent in English.
•Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
•Well-versed in the Microsoft Online Platform.
•Individuals with the following certifications will be prioritized:
-Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104
-Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
-Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate (MS 700)
-Microsoft Certified M365 Fundamentals (MS 900)
-Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ 900)
-Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity (SC 900) Network+.

Must-Have Skills:
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
•Effective and professional communication skills.
•Focus on work in a noisy environment with frequent distractions.
•Attention to detail.
•Technical troubleshooting skills.
•Working knowledge of electronics.
•Organized and a team player.
