Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit micro-influencers who align with our brand and target audience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with micro-influencers.
Create and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and compensation.
Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management or influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, etc...).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
