About Us

Social Practice is a social media content marketing agency specializing in medical and aesthetic practices. We help med spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and dental practices grow through high-converting paid social media campaigns that drive patient bookings and revenue.

We are looking for a Meta/Facebook Paid Ads Manager to join us on a part-time, contract basis. The ideal candidate has availability to manage 10-20 clients over time, starting with an initial pilot campaign to assess performance. This role requires expertise in medical practice advertising, CRM lead integration, and ad creative development. The primary goal of these campaigns is to drive qualified leads and deliver a minimum 3:1 ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Launch and manage high-converting Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for medical and aesthetic practices.
Focus on lead generation with a clear goal of achieving at least a 3:1 return on investment (ROI) for each campaign.
Implement advanced audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to attract high-quality patient leads.
Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and lead-to-booking rate).

Lead Delivery & CRM Integration:

Ensure leads are properly tracked, nurtured, and delivered to the client via their CRM system.
Troubleshoot lead flow issues and maintain accurate tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM parameters.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to improve lead conversion rates and track patient acquisition metrics.

Creative Development & Testing:

Design and develop high-performing ad creatives, including graphics, carousels, and short-form videos optimized for Meta Ads.
Develop copy that is attention-grabbing and converts to clicks for multiple ad sets per campaign.
Conduct A/B testing on different ad creatives, headlines, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize conversions.
Ensure all creatives follow Meta’s medical advertising policies and comply with industry regulations.

Budget & Performance Management:

Manage ad budgets ranging from $2,000 to $5,000+ per client while optimizing for lead quality and cost efficiency.
Monitor daily performance, adjust bids, and scale winning campaigns to improve ROI.
Proactively identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions to ensure a 3:1 ROI goal is met.

Analytics, Reporting & ROI Tracking:

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Use Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards to track ad effectiveness, lead conversion, and revenue impact.
Recommend data-driven strategies to improve cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, and revenue growth.

Collaboration & Process Adherence:

Communicate efficiently with the team via Slack and attend team check-ins.
Follow internal workflows in Upgrade to see actual info to manage tasks, track campaign progress, and report on results.
Stay aligned with internal processes and marketing standards to ensure consistency across campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience managing Meta/Facebook paid ads, preferably in medical, aesthetic, or dental marketing.
Proven track record of running successful lead generation campaigns with at least a 3:1 ROI.
Experience with CRM lead management (e.g., HubSpot, HighLevel, Aesthetic Record, or similar platforms).
Strong knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion API integration.
Ability to develop custom ad creatives (graphics, carousels, and video content) using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Familiarity with UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a remote, collaborative team environment.
Experience using Upgrade to see actual info and Slack for task management and team communication.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot ad performance issues and client lead concerns.
