JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking an adept Meta Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. You'll be pivotal in orchestrating and refining advertising campaigns exclusively on the Meta platform. We're looking for someone with a profound understanding of digital advertising strategies surrounding ad creative and funnels, exceptional analytical skills, and a flair for driving outstanding performance for our clients.

Plans, implements, and manages online advertising campaigns to drive traffic to their clients' websites/funnels.
Communication: Understanding clients' goals, providing updates on campaign performance, and making recommendations for improvement- clearly communicating that information with the project manager who will then interact and get approvals from the client
Digital marketing strategy: Creating and managing a client's overall digital marketing strategy, including ad content and ad strategy, brand strategy
Performance analysis: Analyzing performance data and reporting insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Develop and deliver client-facing campaign reports to showcase performance
Campaign optimization: Applying insights from previous and ongoing campaigns to future campaigns for improved results
Budget management: Maintaining digital marketing budgets for clients

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with project manager/strategist to develop and execute media buying strategies tailored specifically for Meta.
Take ownership of managing and optimizing advertising campaigns solely on the Meta Ads Manager platform.
Conduct comprehensive audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and optimize targeting parameters for maximum impact.
Monitor campaign performance rigorously, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the Facebook ecosystem.
Implement A/B testing strategies meticulously to optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign settings on Facebook.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Facebook platform updates to ensure campaigns leverage the latest features and opportunities.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including creative and account management, to ensure seamless campaign alignment and success on Meta.
Deliver regular reports and insights to clients, offering valuable perspectives on campaign performance, optimizations, and recommendations for improvement within the Facebook advertising realm.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying, with a focus on Meta advertising.
Proven track record of managing successful advertising campaigns exclusively on the Facebook platform.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data specifically within the context of Meta campaigns, driving informed decision-making and optimizations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple Meta campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
A passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and best practices within the Meta advertising landscape.
