As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a dynamic and creative Paid Advertising Creative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for both the visual design and copywriting of ad creatives for Meta platforms, crafting compelling content that not only catches attention but also drives conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging ad creatives (images, videos, and graphics) and write persuasive ad copy for Meta platforms
- Develop high-converting campaigns that are in line with client goals and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ad copy and creatives resonate with target audiences.
- A/B test various ad designs and copy to optimize performance and improve key metrics.
- Analyze ad performance data and adjust creatives and copy to maximize ROI.
- Stay current with Meta’s platform updates and trends in paid advertising to keep ads fresh, relevant, and effective.
- Ensure all ad creatives and copy meet Meta’s advertising policies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating ad creatives and writing ad copy for paid Meta advertising campaigns.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or other graphic design software.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling ad copy that resonates with different target audiences.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, ad formats, targeting, and performance analytics.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and produce ads that stand out.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.

- Experience with social media advertising and running paid campaigns.
