About Us
We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in fashion dropshipping across European markets. We're seeking a talented Media Buyer to join our digital marketing team and scale our Meta advertising campaigns.
Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer who can manage and optimize our Meta
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns from conception to execution
- Design and implement A/B tests for ad creative, copy, and targeting
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across multiple ad accounts
- Analyze data and metrics to inform budget allocation and bidding strategies
- Create compelling ad visuals and copy that resonate with fashion-conscious audiences
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS
- Stay updated with Meta advertising best practices and platform updates
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns in the fashion/e-commerce sector
- Proven track record of successful fashion dropshipping campaigns in European markets
- Deep understanding of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Creative Hub
- Experience with budget management of €10,000+ monthly ad spend
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
- Excellent understanding of European fashion market trends and consumer behavior
- Must be available during Central European Time (CET) business hours
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Platform
- Experience with ad creative tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
- Proficiency in tracking and analytics tools
- Understanding of pixel implementation and conversion tracking
