Job Title: Meta Ads Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled FB/IG Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, particularly for webinars, workshops, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and strategizing funnels using platforms like GoHighLevel and will be responsible for driving brand growth through effective paid advertising strategies.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Optimization:

- Develop, execute, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a focus on webinars, workshops, and lead generation.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives and targeting to ensure maximum ROI.

Creative Testing:

- Implement a rigorous testing regime for new creatives every week, analyzing performance and iterating based on data. This will require copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Generate weekly reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for the CEO.
- Monitor key metrics to optimize campaigns, including CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.

Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members to align advertising strategies with broader marketing goals.
- If necessary, help manage or mentor team members in advertising best practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, specifically for lead generation VSLs, webinars and workshops (screenshots of previous results required to be considered for the role).
- Strong experience in funnel strategy and implementation with tools such as GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels.
- Ability to create and optimize ad creatives and copy.
- Deep understanding of key advertising metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Prior experience in growing both company and personal brands through digital advertising strategies is highly desirable.
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Hours: 3 hours per day / 15 hours per week

Rate: $500 AUD per month
