We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can own the creative strategy for our clients, ensuring every ad is optimized for performance and impact.

What You’ll Do
As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be the architect behind our ad creatives, responsible for making strategic, data-driven decisions on what type of content we produce. You’ll ensure every creative is aligned with performance goals and continuously optimized for success.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the creative strategy, pipeline, and quality assurance for all ad creatives across client accounts.
DUpgrade to see actual info what ads we run, including:
Messaging and storytelling angles
Visual direction and imagery
Ad format and placement
Strategic approach based on client goals and platform best practices
Write briefs for UGC creators, ensuring content aligns with our ad strategy.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, iterate on creative, and optimize for results.
Work closely with editors to ensure creatives align with ad buying strategies.
Stay ahead of ad trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to refine creative approaches.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in performance-driven ad creative (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.).
Deep understanding of consumer psychology and what makes people click, watch, and buy.
Strong creative instincts with the ability to spot winning ad angles.
Analytical mindset – comfortable reading data and making strategic creative decisions.
Experience writing creative briefs for UGC creators, designers, or video editors.
Strong knowledge of ad formats and platform best practices (hook formulas, CTAs, etc.).
A proactive, self-starter attitude – able to own and optimize creative performance independently.

Bonus Points If You Have:
Direct response copywriting experience.
A background in content creation, video production, or brand storytelling.
Familiarity with media buying and ROAS-driven decision-making.
