Job Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

Conduct audience research and create targeted ad strategies.

Monitor ad performance and analyze key metrics to improve ROI.

A/B test creatives, ad copies, and targeting strategies.

Implement tracking and retargeting strategies using Meta Pixel and other tools.

Provide performance reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Stay updated with Meta’s advertising policies and industry best practices.

Manage campaigns for both physical and digital products, ensuring effective targeting and conversions.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns.

Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Suite.

Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

Experience with Meta Pixel setup and event tracking.

Ability to analyze ad performance data and provide actionable insights.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Experience with affiliate marketing and lead generation is a plus.

Experience in advertising both physical and digital products is preferred.
