We operate two successful branded dropshipping stores and are looking for an experienced designer to join our team. Our stores have a strong market presence, and we're looking for someone who can help maintain and elevate our brand identity through exceptional Meta ad creative design.
The Role

We're seeking a senior designer with extensive experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives to work on our branded stores. This is a remote position with flexible hours and the potential to grow from part-time to full-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

Create compelling ad creatives for Meta platforms
- Design high-converting video and image ads
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis
- Optimize existing ad creatives based on performance data
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all ad campaigns
- Proactively identify creative improvement opportunities
- Contribute to overall ad strategy and visual direction

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- 2+ years specifically in Meta ad creative design
- Proven track record with e-commerce brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful ad campaigns

Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of video and image editing software
- Deep understanding of Meta ad specifications and best practices
- Ability to conduct and analyze competitor ad research
- Knowledge of conversion optimization through creative design
- Experience with UGC-style content creation
