We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchant Support to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assist merchant, checking the status of payment, and managing customer support via
Working Hours:
1) 20-21 days a month, 5 days a week
2) 8 hours a day (00am to 8am / 8am to 4pm / 4pm to 12md)
3) Shift schedule will rotate every 3 months
Job Descriptions:
1) Analyze the merchant's problem and suggest the best solutions
2) Manage customer support and resolve any issues or concerns related to payment gateway service
Job Requirements:
1) Qualification: Diploma
2) Able to type and speak good English
3) Have own desktop (PC) and stable internet connection.
4) Proficient with Microsoft Office, Suit or relevant software
5) Basic verbal and written communication skills
6) Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
7) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
8) 2 years BPO experiences is a plus
