Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Cold Calling WFM Specialist to join our team in the fast-paced MCA industry. As part of our sales outreach team, your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential clients, introducing our MCA services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce MCA products.
Engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
