Mental Health Billing Team Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Team Lead to oversee our mental health billing operations. You will manage a small team of billing specialists responsible for claims submission, payment posting, and overall revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise billing staff and ensure accurate claims submission
- Take ownership of denials, rejections, and ticket management
- Assist with payment posting, account reconciliation, and collections
- Monitor performance metrics and resolve claim denials promptly
- Utilize Tebra and SimplePractice for daily billing operations
- Maintain compliance with insurance and industry regulations

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of mental health billing experience
- Proven leadership abilities in a billing or RCM role
- Experience in Tebra and SimplePractice is a plus
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and EOBs for mental health
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
