JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Full-Time Virtual Assistant (Customer Service and Provider Support Agent)
Hours: 40 hours per week: Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm EST
Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time
Location: 100% Virtual (Work from Home)

About Us:
We are a behavioral health agency specializing in mental health services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced virtual assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of customer service and administrative tasks to support our clients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Assist with customer onboarding and insurance prequalification.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Support providers with administrative needs.
Assist the office manager with insurance contracting and credentialing tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience working in a behavioral health, healthcare, or mental health agency is highly preferred.
Must complete a HIPAA training course (agency-paid) or already hold HIPAA certification.
Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Must have your own computer and cell phone.
Secure and private workspace for maintaining HIPAA compliance.
