Membership Support & Data Specialist
Focus: Member issue support and retention, systems, processes, workflows, and communications

We are a thriving women's professional community seeking a Membership Support & Data Specialist as our remote systems specialist. You'll play a vital role in supporting professional women worldwide through technology.
Working with a collaborative international team, you'll manage the digital tools that power our community's success. Your expertise in CRM systems, workflow automation, and technical support will help create seamless experiences for our members.
This part-time remote position requires:
- Someone who is a self-starter but not afraid to ask questions
- Someone who is punctual and detail oriented
- The ability to become an expert in our membership software
- Confidence in collecting and reporting data across several channels like our website, membership system, and Eventbrite
- Comfortable with building and creating dashboards for data reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Member Issues and Retention
- Provide daily updates on member issues and work completed
- Membership technical support (12 hour or less response time)
- Leverage and respond via Gmail or Slack for all issues
- Track member issues and tickets via Asana
- Manage and optimize our membership management systems
- Maintain data integrity and member records
- Follow up with lapsing members to ensure retention
- Design and implement automated workflows via Zapier
- Provide support for member Peer groups
- Quarterly Peer group check-ins
- Quarterly Peer Group assignments and list creations in our CRM
Website Oversight:
- Collaborate with our website management team for updates
- Execute weekly WordPress website maintenance
- Troubleshoot for website updates and issues
- Data Analytics + Finance Tracking
Generate and Maintain Analytics Dashboards:
- Membership metrics
- Event performance
- Engagement statistics
- Revenue tracking
Cross-Discipline and Additional Support
- Manage integration between platforms (CRM,
- Coordinate calendar management and scheduling
- Manage MailChimp lists, list cleansing, and optimizations
- Handle backend event system setup
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience managing CRM platforms
- Proven track record of automating workflows using Zapier
- Experience with data migration and system integration
- Strong technical troubleshooting abilities
- Proactive and punctual approach to work
Technical Proficiencies Required:
- WordPress content management
- Google Analytics reporting
- Google Workspace applications
- Eventbrite or similar event platforms
- MailChimp or similar
- Experience with CRM and/or membership platforms preferred
