FUNCTIONS / DESCRIPTION
-3-month probationary period.
-Tasks that require complex analysis and attention to detail. These include, but are not limited to:
-Inventory fulfillment
-PDF and QR attachments
-Mobile ticket transfers
-Advanced Excel & Google sheet management
-Mapping issue resolution (discrepancy identification)
-Ticket purchases based on parameters
-Advanced inbound and/or outbound voice interaction with client’s customers and secondary marketplaces, as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
-Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; or related professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Minimum 1 year of corporate/office work experience in any field.
-6+ months of experience with voice based BPO and/or 1+ years of experience with other BPO jobs.
-English Language - Solid knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
-Reading Comprehension - Understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
-Active Listening - Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
-Speaking - Ability to talk with others to convey information effectively.
-Proficiency in Gmail/ Google Workspace applications, especially Google Sheets.
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
