Medical Virtual Assistant - Medical Insurance

We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant with a strong foundation in the medical field, either through educational background or professional experience, coupled with expertise in Medical Insurance processes. The role involves handling tasks such as verifying Insurance Eligibility, obtaining Pre-authorizations, managing Referrals, and processing Claims. If you possess the necessary qualifications and skills in these areas, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our team.

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year work exp (calling on Insurance Eligibility, Pre-authorization, Referrals, and Claims)
Amenable to work graveyard shift
Pleasant phone voice and speak good English.
Reliable, and able to work independently and in a team environment. Someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and can multi-task. If you are this candidate we would love for you to join our team.

Time zone and working hours: 8 am - 5 pm Pacific Standard Time (with a one-hour lunch period) - Graveyard shift (11am-8am) Philippine time. FT 40 Hours a week.

Starting pay is $3.25 USD an hour

Will train in all positions and can start immediately. immediate openings for multiple virtual medical assistants, and back-office support.

Ability to use 2 monitors

Must have fast Internet Speed - Ability to upgrade to 50 Mbps
