Medical Spa Appointment Setter Position (Base Pay + Commission)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Book appointments for our partners (Medical Spas) from our lead generation efforts and convert them into appointments. You need to pre qualify the leads for 5-8 minutes on the call, take the deposit and book them in. We are looking for people who are good at sales and are motivated, self-driven individuals. If you know the language in the cosmetics and medical spas industry it’s a big plus. Main key factor is the ability to build rapport and sell effectively.

This is a work-from-home position so you must have fast and reliable internet. This is a full-time salary-based position with a minimum requirement of 40-45 hours per week. MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH HOURS AND ABILITY TO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS FOR ROTATING SCHEDULE.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) / BPO Outbound Calling Agent for at least 2 years (please do not apply if you do not have at least 2 years of experience)
At least 23 years old (please do not apply if you are not at least 23 years old)
Preferably with experience in the Med Spa space (Injectibles, Laser, and other treatments)
Familiar with CRM software, High-Level experience is a big plus!
Should be an effective verbal and written communicator
Must speak English fluently
Comfortable with making calls throughout the day
Should be persuasive, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Energetic, problem solver, and friendly
An ability to handle rejections gracefully
Exceptional organizational skills
Have good internet speed 50+ mbps
Usable equipment for efficient work
Good Microphone, little to no background noise.
