Medical Scribe

Medical Scribe & Documentation:

Accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, and clinical procedures.
Transcribe physician notes, dictated reports, and other medical documents.

Patient Interaction:

Assist with virtual patient intake, including collecting medical histories and other relevant information.
Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
Communicate with patients regarding appointments, instructions, and other relevant information.

In addition, being able to admin tasks like insurance verifications.

Assist with marketing via facebook, instagram, patient newsletters
Calling insurance companies for prior-authorizations for ancillary items, orthotics, etc. as well as pre-certs for outside testing (MRI/CT)
Schedule appointments as needed
Answer overflow phone calls

MUST HAVE 1 YEAR SCRIBING EXPERIENCE
