Medical Biller for Pediatric Clinic

We are seeking a highly experienced Medical Billing Specialist with deep expertise in pediatric billing to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes, compliance with Medicaid regulations, and effective handling of vaccinations for pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities:
Medical Billing:
-Manage billing processes for a pediatric practice, including CPT, ICD codes, and modifiers.
eClinicalWorks Expertise:
-Utilize eClinicalWorks software to handle billing tasks with precision.
Clearinghouse Proficiency:
-Process claims and manage workflows using TriZetto clearinghouse.
Credentialing:
-Credential pediatricians with insurance providers to ensure seamless billing operations.
Medicaid Management:
-Navigate and manage Medicaid processes, ensuring compliance and efficient claim processing.
Vaccination Handling:
-Manage VFC vaccinations and work with VaxCare to maintain vaccine programs for pediatrics.

Qualifications:
Experience:
-7+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare market, with at least 4 years in pediatric billing (preferably in New Jersey).
Technical Expertise:
-Extensive knowledge of eClinicalWorks and TriZetto clearinghouse.
Billing Knowledge:
-Proficiency with pediatric billing codes, modifiers, and CPT/ICD codes.
Language Skills:
-Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Medicaid Expertise:
-In-depth knowledge of Medicaid policies and procedures for pediatric care.
Vaccination Programs:
-Familiarity with VFC programs and VaxCare operations.
