Media Buyer + GHL Specialist Wanted

Bravio Media is a full-service marketing agency seeking a results-driven Media Buyer & GHL Expert to generate high-quality B2C leads for our US contracting clients. We specialize in the home improvement niche, helping businesses attract leads for services such as window and door replacements, HVAC, roofing, bathroom and kitchen remodelling and more.

What You’ll Do:
- Launch & optimize local leadgen Meta Ads to hit CPL & lead volume KPIs.
- Test & iterate creatives, hooks, and targeting for max performance.
- Onboard clients in GHL, A2P verification etc..
- Build & manage GHL workflows for automated follow-ups (SMS, email, calls)
- Monitor & troubleshoot campaign performance (CPL, volume, attribution)
- Work with designers to improve creatives (plus if you create them too!)

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience scaling Meta Ads (home-improvement niche = big plus)
- Expert in GHL (custom fields, values, workflows)
- Strong grasp of tracking pixels, CAPI, Upgrade to see actual info & attribution
- Problem solver - fix Meta, GHL & Upgrade to see actual info issues fast
+ BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE WORKED IN A MARKETING AGENCY BEFORE.

Pay: Base + commission for meeting KPIs

Hours: start Part-time, but with full-time potential.
