About the Role: In this position, you will:
Create and manage product listings on Shopify, including uploading images, product descriptions, and pricing.
Work in Canva to design and edit product images and marketing materials.
Create and edit product images for fashion items that reflect the brand's identity and appeal to our target audience.
Produce fashion images and ads using AI tools to enhance our visual content and increase engagement.
Product optimization: Write and optimize product descriptions
Campaign management: Create and manage campaigns, sales, and discount codes on Shopify.
Social media integration: Upload and promote products via social media and sync product catalogs with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Newsletters and email marketing: Create and send newsletters with product updates, campaigns, and inspiration.
Copywriting for landing pages: Create inspiring and sales-driven copy for landing pages for new collections or product launches.
In addition to the specified tasks, other duties may arise depending on the organization's needs.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking candidates who possess:
A Bachelor’s/college degree or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail.
Proficiency in navigating Shopify and familiarity with platforms like canva, Google Translate, and ChatGPT.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
The ability to effectively use translation tools such as Deepl, ChatGPT, and Google Translate to communicate in various languages.
A collaborative and flexible team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-focused and empathetic personality, capable of managing both positive and challenging interactions professionally.
